WHAT IS HKN?
Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) is the national honor society for Electrical and Computer Engineering students. It is affiliated with IEEE and has over 200 chapters at universities across the world. HKN is dedicated to encouraging and recognizing excellence in the Electrical and Computer Engineering designated fields of interest.
Our Gamma Mu Chapter at Texas A&M University was first initiated in 1955 and has inducted more than 2000 members since its inception.

MISSION & VISION

Promote and encourage a higher scholastic standing and desire for greater knowledge in the studies prescribed in the Electrical and Computer Engineering curriculum of Texas A&M University.
